Early 2025
We started on-site, not in code
A residential builder running eight sites in Chennai walked us through their day. Six spreadsheets, three WhatsApp groups, two staff doing nothing but reconciling vendor bills. Tally was for the CA, not the site. We spent months watching how construction actually runs before writing a line of product code.
Late 2025
First working ERP
