Shared workers and split days
A worker who spends the morning at one site and the afternoon at another is not a problem to be rounded away. A single day can be split across projects, and the ceiling is two shifts a day, each paid as a full day — which is how it genuinely works.
Leave, holidays and LOP
Casual leave, sick leave and loss of pay are first-class, with a leave policy, a holiday calendar and per-employee overrides. LOP flows through to the monthly payroll deduction without anyone recalculating it.
Questions builders ask
Can one worker be marked at two sites on the same day?
Yes. Postings are additive and a single day can be split between projects, with each site carrying its share of the cost. The ceiling is two shifts in a day, each treated as a full day's pay.
Does it handle overtime and holiday wages?
Yes. One costing engine computes the loaded day cost — base, overtime, holiday rate and allowances — so every site is charged consistently and the figure is not re-derived differently in three places.
Does attendance feed payroll automatically?
Yes. Loss of pay flows into the monthly payroll as a deduction, and per-line attendance breakdowns are visible when reviewing the payroll run.
Can supervisors mark attendance from the site?
