Named per-sq-ft packages

Set up tiers like Standard, Premium and Luxury, each with its own rate and inclusions — structure, flooring, kitchen, doors, electrical and more.

Quote in seconds

Pick a package, enter the built-up area, and the total is rate × area instantly. No line-by-line BOQ needed for a fast, clean quote.

The branded quotation prints exactly what is included by category, plus what is not — so clients compare tiers clearly and disputes are avoided.

Fully customisable

Start from editable Standard / Premium / Luxury starters or build your own packages and rates to match your offering.

GST-ready

Add GST to the quote on your letterhead, with a stage-wise payment schedule the client can see.

Won deal becomes a site

Convert an accepted package quote into a live project with its budget and payment plan already set.

Where it earns its keep

What this looks like on a real site.

01

A homeowner asks for a price on a 2,400 sq ft house

This is the question Indian builders are actually asked, and it wants an answer today, not after a week of quantity take-off. Pick a package, enter the built-up area, and the total is rate times area immediately. You can quote confidently on a phone call and follow up with a detailed bill of quantities later if the client wants line-by-line detail.

02

Two builders quote ₹1,850 and the client cannot tell them apart

Price alone invites a race to the bottom. The branded quotation prints exactly what each tier includes by category — structure, flooring, kitchen, doors, electrical — and what it does not. Clients stop comparing two numbers and start comparing two specifications, which is where a builder who actually uses better material wins the job.

03

The client insists granite was included

Six months into a build, "included" is whatever each side remembers. A specification sheet issued with the quotation, on your letterhead, with inclusions and exclusions listed by category, is the document that settles it before it becomes an argument. Most disputes on turnkey work are scope disputes, not quality disputes.

Common questions

Packages & Quotations, answered.

Can I set my own packages and rates?

Entirely. You get editable Standard, Premium and Luxury starters so you are not staring at an empty screen, but the tier names, the per-sq-ft rates and every line of the specification are yours to change. Builders who offer two tiers or five tiers configure it the same way.

How is this different from the estimating module?

Packages price a job as rate times area with a specification — fast, and how turnkey residential work is actually sold in India. Estimating builds a line-by-line bill of quantities from your rate book. They complement each other: a package quote to win the conversation, a BOQ when the client or the bank wants detail.

Does the quotation include GST and payment terms?

Yes. GST is applied on the quote and a stage-wise payment schedule is printed with it, on your letterhead, so the client sees when each instalment falls due. That schedule becomes the site's stage payment plan when the deal is won.

What happens after the client accepts?

Convert the accepted quote into a live project. The total becomes the budget and the payment schedule becomes the stage plan, so collection tracking and per-site profitability start from the figure you actually agreed rather than from a fresh manual entry.
