Numbers you can act on.
Everything you wired into Sites, Bills, Ledger, and Leads rolls up into live reports — without anyone exporting to Excel and wiring up VLOOKUPs.
Everything the reports & analytics module ships with.
Live cash position
Cash on hand, by account (cash, bank), refreshed as entries land. No "as of yesterday" delays.
Per-project utilization
Budget vs actual at the site and stage level, with over-budget flags before they become surprises.
Vendor aging funnel
Who owes whom what, sorted by oldest. Click through to the bills.
Lead funnel
New → Contacted → Won/Lost conversion by source. Which channel actually closes deals.
Exportable to CA
Every report exports to CSV in a format your CA can re-import to whatever they use.
Filters that respect modules
Range filters honor your module gating — finance only sees money rows, sales only sees lead rows.
What this looks like on a real site.
You need to know today whether you can pay this week
Cash position by account — cash in hand, money in the bank — refreshed as entries land rather than as of whenever someone last updated a sheet. For a firm juggling vendor payments, wage day and a client instalment that has not arrived, knowing the real number this morning is the difference between a decision and a guess.
A project quietly goes over budget
Budget versus actual is tracked at the site and stage level with over-budget flags, drawn from the same bills, payroll and material issues your team is already recording. Nobody has to run a monthly exercise to discover a job is fifteen percent over — it shows up while there is still scope left to adjust.
Your CA wants the numbers in their own format
Every report exports to CSV in a shape your accountant can re-import into whatever they use. That removes the annual ritual of someone in the office transcribing figures out of one system into another, which is slow and is where transcription errors get introduced into the numbers you file on.
Reports & Analytics, answered.
How current are the numbers?
Live. Reports are computed from the underlying ledger, bills, sites and leads at the moment you open them, not from a nightly snapshot. There is no "as of yesterday" caveat, which matters most for cash position — the one number people check before making a payment.
Can I stop sales staff seeing financial reports?
Yes. Report filters respect the same module gating as the rest of the app, so a sales user sees the lead funnel and not the ledger, and a finance user sees money rows without the sales pipeline. Access is set per role, and reports do not become a side door around it.
Which reports are included?
Live cash position by account, per-project budget utilisation with over-budget flags, vendor outstanding aging sorted oldest-first with click-through to the underlying bills, and lead funnel conversion by source. All of them export to CSV.
Do I need to set anything up to get these?
No. They are built from data you are already entering to run the business — bills, receipts, attendance, leads. There is no separate reporting configuration and no cube to define. If your team is using the modules, the reports are already populated.
